However we also appreciate that buying something as personal as a new pair of glasses over the internet may at first seem like a leap of faith. This is why we give all our clients the most comprehensive 100% guarantee posible. It is our policy that you are always right and whatever you say goes.
All the following and more are covered by our policy of 100% refund or exchange as you prefer:
Manufacturing or design faults for twelve months

Mistakes in sending us the spectacle prescription

Your optician got the prescription wrong and it doesn't suit you

You change your mind or find they aren't quite how you imagined they would be ( please return within 30 days )
If you do need to change your lenses for any reason just send your glasses back to us with the optician's prescription and we shall change the lenses free of charge or give you a refund click here our returns procedure.
If you chose bifocals or varifocals only to decide to have single vision glasses instead just return your glasses and we can replace the lenses and refund the difference or give you a full refund as you see fit.
